How to Remove a Computer from the Account

Should you need to remove a computer from your account, log into the Flextivity Cloud web console and navigate to the Manage > Computers page. Search for the computer that you want remove, and click to see the details for that device.

Then click to “Deauthorize” the computer. This will free up a license on your account, and send a message to the deauthorized computer to initiate the uninstall process. The uninstall will occur the next time the computer is connected to the internet, and there is nothing more you need to do.
